About the event
Jessie Madera is RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor and a NASM certified Personal Trainer. This flow uses the connection between body and breath to restore the mind and release stress. Sequenced to increase flexibility, mobility, strength and balance using fluid movements, this is an all levels flow.
